Who we are

These terms cover the plungeai.com website and the Plunge AI waiting list, run by PlungeAI Inc., Ketchum, Idaho, United States (“Plunge AI”, “we”). By using the site or joining the waiting list you agree to them. You must be 18 or older to join. Using the Plunge AI platform once you are invited is covered by separate terms you accept then. Contact: legal@plungeai.com.

This website

The site describes Plunge AI for information only. It is not an offer, and the products and features it describes may change.

The waiting list

  • Joining is free. It does not guarantee access, or access by any date.
  • One entry per email address. Your position is indicative and can change.
  • An AI model helps us review entries; a person makes every decision.
  • We may refuse or remove entries that use disposable addresses, come from automated sign-ups or abuse the referral program.
  • Sign-ups through your referral link count once they are confirmed; sign-ups from the same network as you are not credited.
  • Invites are personal, work once and expire.
  • The referral program has no cash value.
  • We may change or end the waiting list or the referral program at any time.

Emails

We send the confirmation email you ask for when you join. We send updates only if you agreed to them, and every update has an unsubscribe link.

Downloads

The installer at plungeai.com/install.sh and the @plungeai/ocean package are provided under the licence they ship with, as is.

Third-party names

Product and company names on this site are trademarks of their owners; naming them implies no endorsement. Research we cite belongs to its publishers.

Liability

The website and the waiting list are free and provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Plunge AI is not liable for any loss arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. Any dispute about them is decided by the state or federal courts located in Idaho.

Changes

We may update these terms. We post every change on this page and update the date at the top; using the site or staying on the waiting list after a change means you accept it. Last updated 14 October 2026.
